Covelop Inc. was founded in 2003 to develop and build high-quality real estate projects throughout California’s Central Coast and beyond.
Since then, we have evolved into an all-inclusive real estate development company, managing the entire life cycle of the development process from acquisition to disposition. This evolution allows us to analyze and realize opportunities with unmatched local knowledge, as well as target specific national markets and project types to deliver superior risk-adjusted returns.
