Our day-to-day work in the entitlement field allows us to accurately forecast project duration and efficiently move through complicated regulatory processes.
Construction
Our in-house general contracting team delivers accurate real-time construction estimates to forecast project profitability. When it’s time for construction, they handle everything from small tenant improvements to large ground-up projects.
Property Management
By managing the properties we hold, we constantly keep tabs on leasing activity and rates. This allows us to produce accurate leasing projections quickly and provide a seamless transition at project completion.

The typical finish line for most projects is a successful sale. This results in a distribution of net profits and a return of capital to our equity partners.
Held Projects
Enjoying durable cashflow by holding projects for the long term may suit certain investors and projects more than selling at completion. We are nimble enough to offer a long-term hold as an option for some projects.
